BEFORE YOU BEGIN YOUR TEETH WHITENING TREATMENT, WE COMMONLY RECOMMEND THE FOLLOWING:

Scale and clean

Its is best to have your teeth cleaned before you commence any teeth whitening. This ensures any heavy plaque and tartar is removed from the teeth surfaces allowing your whitening treatment to be more effective.

Dental Examination

If you have not had a dental check-up in the last 6 months we advise you to have your teeth examined.This allows us to determine the the health of your teeth and gums, and to identify any possible  causes of discolouration. In addition if you are found to have problems with your teeth such as cavities ,these will need to be rectified before you commence any teeth whitening, as cavities can make your teeth more sensitive when whitening.
